The list of clients has been increasing steadily and I there are a few more on the horizon. One of the potential clients is some real estate hotshot that does short term rentals and has a butload of properties. He gave me a good offer and I'm considering accepting it. This kind of engagement means I'll need to be more meticiluus with management, so I wanted to ask what are you using to track the keys to the properties? I doubt color coding them will do the trick, so what is your secret?

Forget color coding. The secret is usually dedicated key management software combined with a strong, secure key cabinet system. Tracks every key in/out, who has it and for which property. Essential for that many doors!

look, it's systems, not just color coding
The "secret" isn't one magic tool, but a combination of precise procedures and often, specialized technology

Yeah, I get what you're saying, but I'm trying to take some load off my hands and focus on managing things, not trying to reinvent the wheel
