Key programming issues after shop move bad keys or gear?

I just set up in a new shop, and now my IM508/XP400Pro setup is acting weird. I've got a 2019 Malibu, a 2015 CR-V with a UHS key, and a 2017 Passat, and none of them are programming. The OEM keys read perfectly, but the new ones just won't write or get recognized.

I usually work with Keyless Factory keys without any problems, so I'm starting to think it might be an issue with my setup after the move.

Has anyone else experienced something like this?

Maybe something got messed up during the move, say a cable got loose or a driver issue after reinstalling, check all your connections and try reinstalling the software or drivers, but if that still doesn't help, reaching out to support might be your best bet
