Smart locks

I've been living in an apartmet for my entire life, so moving to a house is something I'm very looing forward to. The thing is that an apartment has one door, while the house I got has 2 and this is where I have a problem. I want to add smart locks to both doors, but I'm not sure if there's a way to set them to work with the same key? I'm thinking about physical or rfid tags, but I don't know if it's something I can do, haven't looked into anything like this in the past.

Most smart locks let you program multiple locks to respond to the same RFID tag, app, code, or even fingerprint — depends on the brand, Yale, Schlage, or Ultraloq, are good brands that can help you usually manage under one app and set them up to work identically

You ofc you can. Most systems let you control multiple locks from just one app, so no need for separate keys or tags. Some even let you use the same physical key if keyed alike, but using the app or shared RFID tags is usually easiest. Its a pretty simple setup.

What kind of smart lock are you leaning toward, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, or Z-Wave? Many models let you use the same app, PIN, or RFID tag for both doors, so syncing them is totally doable

A piece of advice I can give you is to always have some kind of mechanical backup and don't fall for some marketing that a lock will last a lifetime or stuff like that. Things break, so be prepared so that you don't have to break a window to get in your home.
