I have two doors that I need to replace the spindles, one is 2 inch and the other is 1.375 inch thick. What's the usual length for these kinds of doors? Looking for a replacement that would be the right fit and I could use some places where I can find quality ones.

For a 2-inch thick door, you'll typically need a 3-1/2 inch to 4 inch spindle. For a 1.375-inch (1 3/8 inch) thick door, a 2-1/2 inch to 3 inch spindle is usually great, I'm sure you can get it from the nearest store, man

Usually about about 2.5" - 3", but the best move is to just measure your current spindles to get the exact right size. You can grab quality ones at Home Depot or online from brands like Schlage or Baldwin. Just make sure the spindle fits your door thickness and lock setup.
